Sport Precise™ Training

Definition: Sports training utilizing non-restrictive device to combine Sport Precise™ Resistance and Sport Precise™ Acceleration for, (1) Increasing strength in the precise, core and non-core muscles unique to each sport (2) Improving speed (fast twitch fibers) and technique (kinetic chain), resulting in the development of procedural memory required to increase game day performance (muscle memory).

Designed to be strong, durable, smooth and lightweight our main Sport Precise™ Band fits as an unbroken circle around your torso/core. Using our patented scientific formula it maintains the perfect amount Sport Precise™ Resistance, transforming to Sport Precise™ Acceleration to improve sport performance without hindering your everyday practice movements. In other words, it goes to work for you… all you have to do is put it on and train as normal.

Wearable Basketball Training Aid

Utilizing a wearable training aid, enabling full range of motion for both; regular practice and/or game-day replication drills. Providing Sport Precise™ resistance and acceleration to develop; (1) strength in the precise, core and non-core muscles vital for peak game-day performance (2) speed and technique in the precise muscles to develop procedural memory unique to the sport (muscle memory).” Clinton Balgera, 2017. How does it improve performance?

We’ve identified a common “yin yang” cycle for sport/body movements…  for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. Our Sport Precise™ Trainers are designed to maintain a balanced flow and boost the speed/power/performance of these movements.

3 Common Phases of Sport Precise™ Training

Facilitating the Kinetic Chain (Big Muscles Move First And Little Muscles Follow)

  1. SPORT PRECISE™ PHASE 1: Any time your arms move away from your core our patented Sport Precise™ Band provides Sport Precise™ Resistance to the big muscles (core) and small muscles (non-core) required for this movement.
  2. SPORT PRECISE™ PHASE 2: As you release from Sport Precise™ Resistance it transforms into Sport Precise™ Acceleration at the PRECISE moment you need to get back to your core (developing fast twitch fibers and procedural/muscle memory).
  3. SPORT PRECISE™ PHASE 3: Once again Sport Precise™ Resistance comes into play as your arms begin to move away from your core to complete the required movement, strengthening the smaller acceleration/deceleration muscles and the bigger core muscles located around your rib cage and back.

Example of Sport Precise™ In Action

Baseball and Softball Hitting

SPORT PRECISE™ PHASE 1: Separation of you back elbow from your body when you load creates Sport Precise™ Resistance to improve strength in your smaller, shoulder muscles and your bigger core muscles located around your rib cage and back area.

SPORT PRECISE™ PHASE 2: As you release from back elbow tension, resistance turns into acceleration to start your swing path with a bat speed boost. Once you get back to your core Sport Precise™ Resistance keeps you connected/hands-inside-the-ball.

SPORT PRECISE™ PHASE 3: During contact and follow through your front elbow creates Sport Precise™ Resistance as it pushes against the main Sport Precise™ Band to get to your contact zone. Propelling your back elbow at the perfect time (yin yang), generating mass bat speed and power at the point of contact. On follow through Sport Precise™ Resistance again improves the strength in your smaller, shoulder deceleration muscles and your bigger core muscles located around your rib cage and back area.

SPORT PRECISE™ PHASE 2: As both arms reach out and you release from Sport Precise™ Resistance, resistance triggers Sport Precise™ Acceleration to improve arm speed (fast twitch muscle fibers).
SPORT PRECISE™ PHASE 3: After you release the ball Sport Precise™ Resistance again improves the strength in your smaller, shoulder deceleration muscles and your bigger core muscles located around your rib cage and back area.
