Facilitating the Kinetic Chain (Big Muscles Move First And Little Muscles Follow)
- SPORT PRECISE™ PHASE 1: Any time your arms move away from your core our patented Sport Precise™ Band provides Sport Precise™ Resistance to the big muscles (core) and small muscles (non-core) required for this movement.
- SPORT PRECISE™ PHASE 2: As you release from Sport Precise™ Resistance it transforms into Sport Precise™ Acceleration at the PRECISE moment you need to get back to your core (developing fast twitch fibers and procedural/muscle memory).
- SPORT PRECISE™ PHASE 3: Once again Sport Precise™ Resistance comes into play as your arms begin to move away from your core to complete the required movement, strengthening the smaller acceleration/deceleration muscles and the bigger core muscles located around your rib cage and back.

SPORT PRECISE™ PHASE 1: Separation of you back elbow from your body when you load creates Sport Precise™ Resistance to improve strength in your smaller, shoulder muscles and your bigger core muscles located around your rib cage and back area.
